BRANDING FAQs.

  • A brand is more than just your logo. It’s how your audience feels about your business.

“A BRAND IS A PERSON’S GUT FEELING ABOUT A PRODUCT, SERVICE OR ORGANIZATION” –Marty Neumeier

Your brand is synonymous with the reputation the company holds in the minds of customers clients, and prospects. Creating a brand is an ongoing effort, and you can influence it through strategic identity design.

Brand identity serves as the initial point of contact for your customers, encompassing elements like your logo, website, advertising, corporate stationery, packaging, social media, and signage, and when first impressions matter! It takes a mere 0.1 seconds for individuals to form opinions about you- same goes for your company's branding.

A brand identity is essentially the visual language you bestow upon your brand to communicate the quality of your product or service. We can help you to put your best foot forward and rise above your competition.

  • Establishing a captivating and cohesive brand identity throughout your business fosters trust and recognition. This consistency cultivates brand loyalty and communicates a distinct message about who you are, who you serve and and you purpose to both your staff and clients. This, in turn, enhances your company's professionalism, prompting clients and prospects to take you more seriously.

If your business aligns with any of the following concerns, it might be the opportune time to contemplate investing in a new brand identity or refreshing your current one:

    • Your falling behind competitors in terms of visual appeal and marketing communication strategies.

    • You’re attracting the wrong type of customers, and you need to redefine your target market.

    • You’re starting a new venture or expanding your product line, and need to impress potential clients and investors.

    • Your business has pivoted direction, rendering your current identity outdated and in need of a revitalizing update.

  • After nearly 20 years in the creative industry, there is a very good chance we have worked in your sector. That said, we research and adapt our process to address the needs and concerns of all our clients for a customized solution.

We are currently focused on service business run by an individual or small leadership team.

  • Before we start any project, we will engage in thorough discussions about your business, objectives, target audience, competitive landscape, and brand personality/positioning. This collaborative dialogue will establish project requirements and steer the creative process. Your active involvement at each significant milestone ensures confidence that your brand identity aligns seamlessly with the optimal decisions for both your business and your customers.

  • Depending on the project brief and requirements, this can include deliverables such as a cohesive brand guideline document, logo files, stationery, website files, social media graphics, and any other printed literature agreed upon.

Most files will be supplied in either web optimised (RGB) assets or print-ready (CMYK) files. Brand Identity logo files will include .jpg, .png, .svg, and .pdf files in at least full color, reverse and B&W versions. If required, you will also receive business guidance, consultation, and support throughout the length of the project.

  • Brand identity pricing can widely vary depending on the project scope and whether you choose an established design agency or a young in-experienced freelancer. With our experience, proven processes, and quick turnaround times, we are able to bring an agency-level design to your project while keeping it efficient and cost-effective.

Prices will vary depending on a number of factors as the creative process isn’t a one size fits all solution. Our approach hinges on helping solve your business challenges or leverage on an opportunity rather than simply executing a design.

All our costs are fully transparent and we will notify you when your project has reached 80% of the agreed budget so there is no misunderstanding when the project will be complete and invoiced.

A strategic branding project and website roughly takes between 1-2 weeks from concept to delivery depending on content.
